Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was hospitalized Tuesday in Washington D.C. following an allergic reaction, and released later that night. According to Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin Noem is “alert and recovering” after receiving treatment for the reaction.
