Cigna, UnitedHealth and CVS Caremark are calling Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Lina Khan and two other commissioners to either recuse themselves, or be removed from the agency’s lawsuit

The companies argue the commissioners have "a lengthy track record of making public statements that indicate serious bias" against pharmacy benefit managers.

CVS Health and UnitedHealth Group have asked U.S. Federal Trade Commission chair Lina Khan and commissioners Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and Alvaro Bedoya to disqualify themselves from an FTC lawsuit that has accused the companies of unlawfully inflating insulin prices.
