Former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne will be bringing his new world tour to Boston for two nights in October. Byrne announced his pending “Who is the Sky?” album on Tuesday. He will perform at the Boch Center Wang Theatre on Oct. 3 and 4. The album will be released on Sept. 5, but the first single, “ Everybody Laughs ,” is available now.

The upcoming tour will feature a new show comprised of 13 musicians, singers and dancers on stage who will be mobile throughout the performance.
Dave Matthews Band also performed the 1983 song during their own induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Byrne and his trademark dance moves also recently joined another pop star onstage when he and Robyn performed her "Dancing on My Own" and the Talking Heads' "This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody)" during the all-star SNL 50 concert.
