At least 135 people were killed after heavy rains hit the state's Hill Country region over the Fourth of July weekend.

Photos and videos capture the aftermath of severe rain that resulted in major flash floods in Milwaukee over the weekend. The record rainfall, which occurred on Aug. 9 into Aug. 10, produced the floods that led to widespread power outages, submerged cars, water rescues, and massive property damage.
