New York Jets receiver Garrett Wilson offered a scathing take on Chicago Bears receivers who played with Justin Fields.
The New York Jets have made a number of key additions this season, from adding quarterback Justin Fields on a two-year, $40 million contract, to adding size and athleticism all around the field in the draft.
Ranked 72nd overall in the NFL and 15th at his position, Wilson picked up 150.9 fantasy points (8.9 per game) in 2024. In his second-best fantasy performance last season, Wilson finished with 16.7 fantasy points -- eight receptions, 107 yards and one touchdown (in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills ).
Wilson has backed that up already during the early days of the offseason program with more than clothing choices and words. Jets coach Aaron Glenn said Wilson has been there for every single voluntary offseason workout to date.
Wilson will be playing alongside a couple of his college teammates this coming season. The Jets signed quarterback Justin Fields in free agency, pairing him up with Wilson and fellow former Buckeye Jeremy Ruckert, who is entering his fourth season with the team.
