Speaking to ANI, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari on Tuesday said, "The results of the elections would form a pro-development state in Jammu and Kashmir. The win of BJP in Jammu and Kashmir would be a historic win.
