A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of intentionally crashing his SUV into a motorcycle on a Chula Vista freeway and killing the rider Monday night, the California Highway Patrol said.

The motorcyclist, a 53-year-old male, fell onto the lanes of Interstate 805 in Chula Vista and died at the scene.
