Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum left Monday night's Game 4 at Madison Square Garden with what looked to be a serious injury. Tatum needed assistance off the court late in the game's fourth quarter after going down with what ESPN described as an "apparent leg injury.

Jayson Tatum suffered a lower-body injury and was carried off the court during the fourth quarter of Boston's 121-113 loss in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Monday night.

Now the Celtics will head home for Game 5 with their season on the line likely without their best player on the floor.
