EDMONTON -- The Edmonton Oilers eliminated the Los Angeles Kings with a 6-4 win in Game 6 of the Western Conference First Round at Rogers Place on Thursday. The Oilers, who won the final four games of the series, have eliminated the Kings in the first round in four consecutive seasons.

For the fourth year in a row, the Edmonton Oilers have eliminated the Los Angeles Kings from the playoffs in the first round. The Oilers capped off the series with their fourth straight comeback victory, this time 6-4 in Game 6 on Thursday.

Connor Brown had a goal and two assists as the Edmonton Oilers punched their ticket to the second round of the playoffs with a 6-4 victory over the Los Angeles Kings.
