For the first time in 24 years, the New York Mets and New York Yankees have both won a playoff game on the same day.

New York City was buzzing with baseball excitement Sunday. Both the Yankees and the Mets are on the hunt for the title, and both teams started off their Divisional Series with a win. CBS News New York's Steve Overmyer has a recap.

It's been a long time since baseball fans in New York could say this... On Saturday, both the New York Mets and the New York Yankees took care of business with playoff wins on the same day — which is the first time that's happened since the year 2000.

The Yankees had the best record in the American League. The Mets have been the best story of the playoffs so far. And, well, New York is New York. Combine all that and prices on the secondary ticket market for the Division Series that begin on Saturday are predictably costly.
