Firefly Aerospace on Wednesday announced that it has won another NASA contract worth $177 million for a Moon mission. The company will launch its lander to the Moon's south pole in 2029 as part of the Blue Ghost mission 4 with three payloads for NASA.

Firefly Aerospace received more than $176 million to deliver scientific equipment to the moon's south pole in 2029. The mission will study resources like water and hydrogen that could help future astronauts. The company will use its Blue Ghost lunar lander and orbital vehicles for the job.
