A gunman who once plowed his car into a Trump voter registration drive is accused of shooting a wheelchair-bound Washington man in the chest at point-blank range for allegedly stealing valor.

Gregory Timm is charged with first-degree assault for shooting a man in a wheelchair Thursday afternoon near Seattle's Pier 55.

Gregory Timm appeared in court this morning, pleading not guilty to felony assault charges in connection with a shooting on Seattle's waterfront.

SEATTLE — The man accused of fatally shooting a classmate at the Northgate Transit Center in late July is expected in court on Monday. Investigators say Edward Kimani, 28, thoughtfully planned out the attack on his 48-year-old victim. The two were classmates at Pima Medical Institute, according to charging documents.

The Seattle Police Department says that a man was shot in the head while in an apartment complex on Saturday evening.
