Tom Brady could be the deciding factor on who becomes the new coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, Brady, a Raiders minority owner, will have “a lot” of influence in who is hired as the next Raiders head coach.

The Las Vegas Raiders are the latest NFL team with a head coaching vacancy after the franchise fired Antonio Pierce on Tuesday. Pierce only got one season in the official role, and he was plagued with quarterback issues throughout the year. However, he’s now gone, and Las Vegas will work to find his successor.
