The couple was joined by Kelce's mom Donna and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, who brought along her newborn Finley, as seen in a photo on X. According to fans who spotted the couple, Jason and Swift's mom Andrea were also dining at the restaurant with them.

Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, were spotted dining at Talula's Garden in Philadelphia on Sunday.
