LONDON -- European online film and TV subscription service Lovefilm is ramping up its TV deals in the U.K., striking streaming deals with Brit pubcaster BBC and commercial broadcaster ITV.

Sky Deutschland Leads Year’s European Entertainment Stock Gainers U.K. TV giant ITV and German broadcaster ProSieben also gain, while Italy's Mediaset saw its stock decline in 2012.

The 2013 Olivier Awards, which take place on 28 April at the Royal Opera House, will be broadcast by ITV and BBC Radio 2.
