Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back hard against the civil lawsuit filed by singer Dawn Richard, calling her allegations “completely false” and asking a judge to dismiss the case entirely. The legal move came Friday (May 16), the very same day Richard took the witness stand in Diddy’s ongoing federal sex trafficking trial.

Richard, who rose to fame under Combs’ Bad Boy Records imprint during the early 2000s, recalled being told by the music mogul that “people could go missing” for going against his wishes or failing to follow his orders.
