The Ford Police Interceptors had the quickest lap times and sprints to 60 miles per hour in the latest round of tests of vehicles by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department and the Michigan State Police.
The 2024 model started at $47,165. Ford spokesman Said Deep said that vehicle is used by many police departments nationwide. The state police paid $39,600 for its Mach-E, spokesman Mike Shaw said.
