The No. 2 Michigan Wolverines will play their two biggest rivals exactly one week apart over the final days of January. Up first is Ohio State.

The No. 3-ranked Michigan Wolverines men’s basketball team (17-1, 7-1 Big Ten) returns to a sold-out Crisler Center on Friday, Jan. 23, to host Ohio State (12-5, 4-3 Big Ten) in a nationally televised Big Ten matchup.

Ohio State and Michigan will open their 2025-26 men's basketball series against each other with a Jan. 23 game, and the Buckeyes say they are ready.
