Wake Forest police arrested 44-year-old Hariston Jose Ureña-Morales after he was accused of shooting and killing a woman at a home on Mill Dam Road.
Josefina Tavarez, 40, was fatally shot Tuesday night. Police have arrested her boyfriend on a charge of murder.
