At the same time, the company predicts it could generate over $20 in adjusted earnings per share (EPS) in the coming years. That would be a fivefold increase from the roughly $4 in adjusted EPS it is expected to produce this year. If AMD can hit those targets, its stock should have solid upside in the coming years.
AMD is reportedly preparing to raise prices on its graphics cards across the board. As VideoCardz reports, posts on the Chinese Board Channel forum suggest that AMD has made it clear internally that it will be adjusting GPU pricing on all models, although the specific timing and amount have yet to be confirmed.
Fans of AMD’s GPUs, which are typically more cost-effective than those made by Nvidia, might be in for some sticker shock in the near future. Team Red is likely to start raising the price of its goods. And unfortunately, there’s a chance this will affect more than just your graphics card.
