The Congressional Budget Office said the Senate version of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act will add some $3.3 trillion to deficits over the next decade. The new numbers, which came after rulings from the Senate parliamentarian about various provisions and changes to the bill from the House version,

House Republicans’ sweeping tax and spending cuts package would add $2.4 trillion to the deficit over the next decade, according to the Congressional Budget Office’s analysis of the bill that GOP lawmakers narrowly approved last month.

The analysis also found that 11.8 million more Americans would become uninsured by 2034 if the bill became law.
