New storm system brings flood risks to Southeast Wisconsin. Fox and Rock rivers near flood stage as region braces for 1-2 inches of rain

After a sunny, 85-degree end to the work week, multiple rounds of storms could hit Wisconsin tonight through Aug. 19, possibly bringing more river flooding.

BestLink data showed that State Farm and American Family Insurance Group were among the largest writers of private passenger automobile insurance in Wisconsin in 2024, ranking second and third, respectively. State Farm accounted for 16.61% of the market, while American Family held 15.42%.

A flood warning remains in effect until 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11. However, several river flood warnings remain in effect for several counties.
