The New York Jets have added another much needed defensive tackle. Derrick Nnadi, 28, has signed in New York. The former Kansas City Chiefs player's agent announced the deal on social media: The 28-year-old spent seven seasons in Kansas City, the only team he's played for in his career. Naturally, Nnadi has three Super Bowl titles on his resume.

Javon Kinlaw started all 17 games in 2024 on the interior of the defensive line for the Jets and this offseason moved onto the Commanders on a three-year deal worth $45 million. Nnadi figures to vie for a starting job, with the Jets also signing Byron Cowart and Jay Tufele in this free agency period.
