Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years of probation as part of a plea agreement.

A Kansas City Chiefs star is reportedly bracing for a 2025 regular season suspension. Rashee Rice, a standout wide receiver for the Chiefs, had eight felony counts against him for a street-racing incident.

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said the team will "progress as normal" regarding its wide receiver group following the news of Rashee Rice's plea deal this week.

"After the collision, Mr. Rice failed to check on the welfare of the victims and fled on foot," Dallas County prosecutors said.
