Dani Olmo still can't feature for Barcelona given the team's failure to register him in La Liga because of financial issues.

Barcelona will be taking La Liga to court yet again after the league has ruled that Dani Olmo and Pau Victor can't be registered until the summer due to Barcelona not having enough space under the La Liga salary cap following the expiration of their injury exemptions.

Barcelona do not expect to have Dani Olmo or Pau Victor available for the Spanish Super Cup semi-final, but manager Hansi Flick said on Tuesday that the difficult situation surrounding the pair's registration can galvanise his team.
