After years of graft, Microsoft's Xbox apps on Windows 11 PCs and gaming handhelds are becoming increasingly hard to criticize.

The Xbox app update on PC also features streamlined ways to see an on-screen keyboard, tinker with Bluetooth-connected devices, and turn on airplane mode through the Game Bar's settings widget.

On the right-hand side, go to “Xbox Game Bar” and make sure that the switch for “Open Xbox Game Bar with this button on the controller” is set to “On”.

Xbox Game Bar is one of the easier ways to record gameplay while playing on PC, and this new update now makes the feature more intuitive for smaller screens.
