Isuzu has introduced a new powertrain for the D-Max pickup and MU-X SUV in Thailand. The 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine generates 161 hp and 400 Nm of torque.

To remind you, the Isuzu D-Max TFS 40 comes with a turbocharged 3-liter engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission on a four-wheel-drive layout.

As a starting point, the Isuzu D-Max AT35 Arctic Trucks model starts from around £63,000 ($79,000) with a manual transmission or £66,000 ($83,000) for an automatic gearbox.
