Arkansas Democratic Party sues governor over District 70 special election schedule
The Arkansas Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit against Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Secretary of State Cole Jester over the scheduling of two special elections, alleging that the dates are outside the 150-day mandate in Arkansas law.
