Tyrese Gibson turned himself in on an animal cruelty charge on Friday after police say four of his Cane Corso's killed a neighbor's dog.

Police said that this was the moment the "Fast & Furious" star's dogs were seen running loose and scratching on the neighbor's door across the street.

Tyrese Gibson is wanted after a string of complaints about his dogs running loose in Buckhead, ultimately turning into a deadly attack on Sept. 18.

The actor and singer said his dogs have never been trained to harm that's why this left him shocked. He said he's currently in LA, mourning the loss of his father.

Gibson, according to his attorney, is getting his affairs in order, but has known about his arrest warrant for over a week, Police Captain Nicole Dwyer tells PEOPLE.
