Hurston Waldrep dominated the White Sox over 7.0 innings to help deliver a 1-0 win and another series victory for the surging Braves. Orioles’ closer Felix Bautista is set to miss the next 12 months with a torn rotator cuff and labrum and the associated surgeries.

But Atlanta has the clear pitching advantage, since Strider has a solid 3.71 ERA and 1.22 WHIP despite his 5-8 record. Cincinnati is 1-5 in Burns’ six starts, with its lone victory coming in walk-off fashion against the Yankees.
