Shotsie Michael Buck-Hayes is back in the Danville City Jail after spending more than two weeks at Central State Hospital, a psychiatric facility in Dinwiddie County.

Tyree Rafael Brandon, the man who pleaded guilty in May in an October fatal shooting, will serve seven years for his crimes.
