The Oklahoma City Thunder just capped off their dominant season by defeating the Indiana Pacers in the NBA Finals. It was just their second-ever trip to the finals, the first coming in 2012 when their trio of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and James Harden fell to the LeBron James-led Miami Heat.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City Thunder guard Jalen Williams waited until he was an NBA champion to take his first sip of alcohol. The 24-year-old revealed to ESPN that he had never consumed alcohol before the Thunder’s Game 7 victory over the Indiana Pacers in the 2025 NBA Finals on June 22.

Williams finished with 20 points on 7-of-20 shooting, four rebounds and four assists. He shot 2-of-7 from 3 and went 4-of-6 on free throws. He also had two steals. The Thunder came away with a 103-91 Game 7 win over the Indiana Pacers to come away as the winner of the 2025 NBA Finals.
