The family of a tourist is seeking justice after accusing an Indonesian rescue team of failing their relative after a two-part fall off a 12,000-foot active volcano.

A young Brazilian hiker who fell hundreds of feet from the ridge of a towering Indonesian volcano and was trapped there for almost four days was found dead on Tuesday, Brazil's government said. For days, millions of people in Brazil had watched, posted and prayed as rescuers tried to locate her.

Indonesian officials said it took rescuers at least five hours to retrieve Juliana Marins, the Brazilian tourist who fell down a ravine at Mount Rinjani on Lombok island.
