Trinity Health’s hospitals in Muskegon and Grand Rapids are the first in West Michigan to offer the Inspire implant to patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea.

The competition was on display this week at the Chelsea Community Fair, where judges assess the animals in four categories.
