For the first time in program history, the Golden Bears are set to host ESPN’s College GameDay in Berkeley for their Saturday night contest against a top-10 Miami team, bringing the #Calgorithm to a national audience. After Saturday, just six Power Four programs will have yet to host the iconic pregame show.

Marshawn Lynch’s appearance as the celebrity guest game-picker on ESPN’s “College GameDay” was, as expected, a wild time. ESPN had Lynch revive his famous Cal moment, when he drove a medical golf cart on the Memorial Stadium field after a wild win back in 2006.

" College GameDay " made its first-ever appearance at the University of California, and the Golden Bears fans were absolutely electric. Pat McAfee had the crowd hyped up throughout the broadcast as Cal prepares for its Week 6 matchup against the No. 8 ranked Miami Hurricanes.
