For the second-straight day, a heat advisory is in effect for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to the east, until 7 p.m. Once again, feels like temperatures will reach as high as 108 on Tuesday afternoon.

Dallas-Fort Worth is still under a heat advisory, the fifth day in a row that the National Weather Service is warning of extreme heat indices. This five-day stretch marks the longest heat advisory so far in 2025.

A Heat Advisory is in place through Monday night and officials are advising Central Texans to stay hydrated and stay cool.
