The Huskers will miss the conference tournament this week after closing the regular season on five-game losing streak.

Senior Day turned into a bit of a nightmare for Nebraska. Needing a win to reach the Big Ten Tournament, the Huskers played spiritless basketball for much of Sunday’s game. Iowa, also needing a win to make the league tournament’s 15-team field,

Juwan Gary made the most of his final appearance at The Vault, scoring a game-high 24 points on 7-for-15 shooting and grabbing a team-high seven rebounds.

On the final day of the regular season, Payton Sandfort led Iowa to an 83-68 road win over Nebraska to punch its ticket to the Big Ten Tournament. In a "win and in" situation, Sandfort scored 22 points and knocked Nebraska out of the Big Ten tournament in the process.
