Boeing will be back in the hot seat Tuesday as the National Transportation Safety Board holds a hearing to present its findings from an investigation into the terrifying incident in which a door plug blew out of an Alaska Airlines 737 Max.

The National Transportation Safety Board determined that "multiple system failures," including poor practices at Boeing and poor oversight by the Federal Aviation Association, caused the Alaska Airlines flight door plug blowout,

The National Transportation Safety Board chairwoman says heroic actions by the crew aboard an Alaska Airlines flight ensured everyone survived last year when the door plug panel blew out of the plane.
