The start of the Orioles’ game against the Miami Marlins on Sunday afternoon has been delayed because of rain.

Miami starter Janson Junk held the Baltimore Orioles scoreless on five hits through seven innings and the visiting Marlins ended a three-game losing streak with a 6-0 victory Saturday.

The Orioles tweaked their bullpen again this morning, recalling left-hander Grant Wolfram from Triple-A Norfolk and designating right-hander Corbin Martin for assignment.The 40-man roster remains full.

Kyle Stowers continues to take the baseball world by storm, and on Tuesday he'll be suiting up as one of the National League's All Stars. Acquired by the Miami Marlins in a trade with the Baltimore Orioles midway through last season, Stowers came to the Marlins as a depth piece-- with no real expectations put on him.

Dean Kremer pitched seven shutout innings and the Orioles’ offense delivered 12 hits to secure a 5-2 win over the Marlins on July 11. Key contributions came from Ryan O’Hearn, Ramon Laureano, and Jordan Westburg as Baltimore continued its post-May surge.

The drafts from 2019 to 2021 helped set up the Orioles’ recent success. A great 2025 draft could do the same over the next decade.

There are a few players the Miami Marlins may move before the MLB trade deadline later this month, but one player in particular is almost certainly not getting
