Revolut agreed to buy the Argentinian division of BNP Paribas' Cetelem as it moves to expand across Latin America.

Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky will become the chairman of Britain's iconic postal firm Royal Mail, investment firm EP Group said Friday.

Shares in U.K-based fintech provider Tap Global Group began trading on London's Alternative Investment Market on Friday. In early trading, shares were up 4.4% from the opening price of 2.25 pence.
