The injury bug keeps decimating the Indiana Fever's backcourt. Caitlin Clark has remained sidelined for over a month with a groin injury, and the Fever keep receiving bad news this summer. Indiana announced Tuesday that Sophie Cunningham will miss the rest of the 2025 season with a right knee
Indiana has been playing under first-year head coach Stephanie White, who entered the season looking to lead a team filled with stars like Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell.
Sophie Cunningham told a fan to "FAFO" after she called her sister a derogatory word following her criticism of refs.
"Ironically, Marina Mabry and Tina Charles, the 2 that attacked CC, were indeed the first on the scene to shield Sophie, then handed the towel shield over to AB. Maybe with Jacy off the team, the rivalry dies," a second person added.
A Fever spokesperson clarified what Sophie Cunningham's season-ending injury means for the potential return of Caitlin Clark.
