CRUM, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The Silver Creek United Baptist Church is opening its doors to flood victims in the area. Severe weather has caused substantial damage, leaving residents to pick up the pieces.
The city says that of the nearly 400 homes in the flood zone, 190 had basements flooded and 174 lost heat. City officials have offered hotel rooms to those affected.
