Brian Williams Jr., a three-star out of Orlando, Florida, committed to Alabama Tuesday, July 1. He chose the Crimson Tide over programs such as Notre Dame, Kentucky, Florida and Penn State. He is the second wide receiver to join Alabama's 2026 class along with Nashville three-star Owen Cabell.

Williams became the second receiver commit in two days for Alabama, joining Owen Cabell, a three-star from Tennessee who announced on Monday. Williams is the 16th player to join the Crimson Tide’s 2026 group, which has vaulted into the top 10 nationally over the past few weeks.

Cabell is a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports. He is the #1,046 player in the 2026 recruiting class, the #165 WR and the #37 player in the state of Tennessee. Cabell currently attends CPA High School in Nashville, TN. He does have an offer from Tennessee, but Alabama was the right fit.
