In case it hasn't been clear over the past two years, Angel Reese isn't interested in just being a productive WNBA player. She wants to be one of the most influential figures in the history of women's basketball.

With the unveiling of the Angel Reese 1, Reese becomes the second WNBA player with the brand to have a signature shoe, following the release of WNBA legend Rebecca Lobo's Reebok Lobo in 1997. Per Reebok, the "Diamond Dust" Angel Reese 1 will hit retailers sometime in 2026, but a firm launch date has yet to be announced by the brand.

Leslie has always been supportive of Reese. In fact, the WNBA icon often comments on the 23-year-old star's social media posts. During the past offseason, Leslie also worked with Reese while the Sky player was participating in the Unrivaled 3-on-3 league. At the same time, Leslie even promised to help Reese fix her layup.
