The pair of Kansas City Chiefs stars are opening 1587 Prime Steakhouse, and the restaurant's opening date of Sept. 17 was announced on Instagram Tuesday. What's more, Chiefs fans will have the opportunity to start booking reservations starting on Aug. 20. The Sept. 17 opening date just so happens to be Mahomes' 30th birthday.
