Two McDonald's restaurants in the Pittsburgh area are raising money to help Wheeling, West Virginia, which was devastated by deadly flash flooding over the weekend.

FEMA can only come in after a presidential disaster declaration, and local officials are urging people to fill out the damage report online or in person to help get federal aid.
