Pouches of clouds formed over southern Wisconsin on Saturday as forecasters warned of severe thunderstorms. One person in Oconomowoc captured the eerie formations, known as mammatus clouds, and questioned, “Aliens incoming?” According to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, mammatus clouds are pouches that form underneath cloud bases, usually storm-producing cumulonimbus clouds. | CBS News
