The Eagles trounced the Cowboys 27-0 on Thanksgiving Day in an ill-tempered game at Texas Stadium, after which Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson accused Eagles head coach Buddy Ryan of placing bounties on players. It was noted for allegations that the Eagles put a $200 bounty on Cowboys kicker Luis Zendejas, who had been cut by Philadelphia earlier that season, and quarterback Troy Aikman. Af
