The secret to light and fluffy American pancakes! Recipe Top Tips shared by Head Chef Mike at CSONS Ludlow. Makes roughly 20 pancakes. 500g White flour (CSONS use Shipton Mill) 125g Caster sugar 50g Baking powder 5 Eggs (CSONS like Heart of Shropshire Eggs) 500ml Full fat milk (CSONS use Mawley Town Farm) 50g Melted butter.
