Ingredients: Puff pastry Chilli Jam Feta Corriander Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto the tray. Use a sharp knife to lightly score a border about 2cm from the edge all the way around (be careful not to cut all the way through). 3. Spread a generous layer of chilli jam over the center of the pastry, staying inside your scored border. If your chilli jam is very thick, give it a quick stir in a small bowl first
